New workspaces are production-ready and empty by default. No demo leads, no inherited opportunities, no old sequences, and no client clutter. Your first source is either a CSV import or an UpBox connection.

Persistence and auth can be connected through the production Supabase/Vercel environment. The clean workspace policy is enforced in the seed model.
